Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Dear customers, every product picture you see is taken directly by us. We strictly control the details to ensure that the goods you receive are consistent with the pictures.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Automatic Redirection After Successful Payment: After a customer successfully pays, they'll be automatically redirected to a "Thank You for Your Order" page displaying their order details and informing them that their account has been created (if this is their first purchase and registration).

From the "My Account" page: Your website should have a link to "My Account" in the navigation menu.

After Login: After logging in, customers will see their "Dashboard" with a list of their recent orders. They can click on any order to view detailed information, including:

Order Status (Processing, Completed, etc.)

Order Date

Order Total

Payment Method

Shipping Address

List of Items Purchased

How can I return an item?

Returns

Customers may return items within 30 business days of receipt.
Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
If you need to return the product, please contact customer service. The merchant will provide the return address, and the customer will provide the return order number and product pictures.
Shipment costs are borne by us for returns due to damage or incorrect shipment. For returns due to other reasons, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
There is a $5 restocking fee.

Refunds

For returned items, we require 1-3 business days to process a resolution after receiving your item.
After this, refund times are as follows:
Refunds to PayPal accounts: Up to 48 hours
Refunds to other methods: 3-7 business days

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Items that can be added to your shopping cart are in stock. Out-of-stock items will be removed from the shelves immediately or cannot be added to your shopping cart. If you have any questions, please let us know.

We serve all mailable addresses in the United States and can deliver to all addresses with USPS delivery.
