Shipping Fees

·For orders under $100, we charge a standard shipping fee of $9.90. Due to US policy, taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be automatically calculated and displayed along with the total amount at checkout.

·Shipping is free on orders $100 or over.

·Please note: We currently do not ship outside the United States or to addresses unavailable to USPS (delivery methods are determined by the carrier).

Shipping Location

· All orders are shipped from our warehouse in California, USA (the specific shipping address may vary slightly due to inventory distribution, but is always located within the United States). Please note that this address is our shipping warehouse address and is different from our registered company address.

Order Processing and Shipping

· Order processing time: approximately 48 hours.
· Daily order cut-off time: 12:00 AM China Time (selectable time zone). Orders received before this cut-off time will be processed within the next 48 hours.
· Shipping is handled by the USPS (United States Postal Service) with tracking.
· Transit time: 2-10 business days (calculated from the time the package leaves our warehouse).
· Total delivery time: approximately 3-12 business days (including order processing time).

Customer Responsibility: Accurate Shipping Information
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Please carefully review all information before finalizing your order.

• Discover an Error Before Shipping?
If you identify an error immediately after placing your order, please email us at theshieldpod88@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to correct the address before your order enters the processing stage. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee that all change requests will be successful.

• An Issue After Shipping Due to an Incorrect Address?
Once a package has been shipped and scanned by the carrier (USPS), the address cannot be changed or intercepted. We are not liable for packages that are lost, undeliverable, or returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address (including, but not limited to, errors, undeliverable addresses, or non-receipt).

• Package Returned to Our Warehouse by USPS?
If your package is returned to our facility by the carrier, you have the following options:

  • Reshipment: We can reship your order subject to additional shipping and handling fees.

  • Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) in their original condition, we will issue a refund for the product cost(s). The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Please Note: We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Summary & Important Declaration:
As providing an accurate delivery address is your responsibility, our standard return policy (including refunds for non-delivery) does not apply to packages that fail to be delivered due to address errors or undeliverability. Such cases will be strictly governed by the terms above: we assume no liability for lost packages, and the only available solutions are paid reshipment or a partial refund (excluding the original shipping cost).
